Ahh the joys of Asterisk. I once wrote a perl AGI script that would use BackgroundDetect() to detect when a person would stop talking and Goto() to loop through .wav files i had defined in a database. This was then recorded in mp3 and stored on the filesystem so i could play it back later.

I have an unlisted number, and have had literally zero marketing calls. But why oh why do we have to pay not to be harassed ? It's standover money...
The Lovely Ms Dikkii has insisted that we go on the Do Not Call register. I'm not greatly thrilled with this: One of my little pleasures in life was winding the callers up on the other end. Having said that, I will be investigating adding this - Ms Dikkii got awfully upset when I told her that political parties and charities were exempt.
Incidentally, are you going to have a crack at Rod Eddington's transport plan?
